How do I request a corporate event with MBP Sports?
Fill the google form with the necessary information of your event.
What do we need to do after submitting the form?
Do allow 2-3 working days for our corporate relations team to get back to you.
What do we need to prepare for our event?
Bring your energy and excitement to the event! For company events, simply check in at the counter under your company name.
What is the cancellation policy
A full deposit is required to hold a booking. Refunds are processed based on the cancellation notice period:
Up to 3 weeks before the event date: 100% refund
Between 14 days to 20 days: No Refund, only reschedule
Less than 2 weeks: No Refund

What happens if it rain on the day of the event?
Incase of weather disruption on the day, we do offer options of rescheduling or refund.

Are there any refreshments at the site?
We offer a selection of drinks in our fridge at the resting area. Payments can be made via PayNow QR code or directly at our front desk.
For larger groups, you can choose from our drinks packages. Our corporate relations team will be able to provide more information.

Are outside catering & beverages allowed?
Using outside catering for food and beverages is not allowed. If you would like to have food and drinks, you must purchase it as part of the package.

Can I bring outside coaches for my corporate event ?
Bringing outside coaching is strictly prohibited. MBP Sports will provide the appropriate coaches/site operators..
Can I bring my own corporate branding material for use around the facilities ?
No. MBP Sports owns and operates the facilities.
