Do I need a membership for playing or booking a court?
Do non-peak hour rates apply to legacy membership tiers?
As of the beginning of Jan ’26, we have stopped selling Gold memberships to our facilities. Court hiring rates will continued to be honored for those who have previously bought memberships that have not yet expired. Our non-peak hour price currently applies to all members!

What are "Wallet Credits" ?
Wallet credits refers to any amount refunded from cancellation of court bookings. These credits are stored in the club wallet can be used for future court bookings. They are non transferable.
How many courts can I book on a weekly basis?
To ensure fairness for all our members, each member is limited to two courts bookings within any 48 hour window. 2hr court bookings are limited to one per day.
How do I book a private lesson ?
Private lessons are subject to coach availability. Currently, private lessons cannot be booked online using the app, please contact our staff and provide specific and alternate dates and times and we will do our utmost to accommodate your schedule. From time to time, we will schedule open group lessons for anyone to join, please download the MBP Sports mobile app and access the Coaching tab more information on the scheduled open coaching events.
When does the new dates of the court timeslot refresh?
It refresh everyday at 12am midnight for new dates of court booking.
What are the minimum/maximum players per court booking?
Can I book all 4 courts for Pickleball?
To ensure fairness for all members, each member can only reserve up to two courts within a 48 hour window. Reservations for 4 courts is only available under a private/corporate event.

Can I host my own event at MBP Sports?
We provide exclusive private and corporate event packages for pickleball and padel. If you’re interested in hosting an event with us, please get in touch. Please note that organizing events independently through platforms like reclub or similar services, as well as reselling court reservations or bookings, is strictly prohibited and may lead to the suspension of your membership and forfeiture of court booking fees.

Am I allowed to bring my own coach to MBP Sports ?
Bringing external/outside coaches to MBP Sports is strictly prohibited, including for corporate events. MBP Sports will provide all required coaches and site operators for your session should require. Please contact our Bookings team for further information.
Are there any shower facilities/drinks at MBP Sports?
For shower facilities and water cooler (water cooler) are only available at our Suntec facility. No shower facilities are available at the Marina Square facility currently but we do have drinks available for purchase.
Are there any drinks at the site?
We offer a selection of drinks for purchase in our fridge at the resting area at our Marina Square facilities, including mineral water and energy drinks. A water cooler is available at our Suntec City facilities.
For larger groups ie private/corporate events we do offer packages that include drinks, please reach out to our booking team for further information.
Are outside catering & beverages allowed?
Outside catering and beverages are not allowed. If you would like to have food and drinks, we can assist as part of the event booking. Do check with our bookings team for more information!
A surcharge will be included.
What is the weather policy?
You can contact us within 1 hour of your booking (or email bookings@mbpsports.com) for the latest weather updates and it’s impact to our courts. Due to Singapore’s unpredictable weather, MBP Sports will reserve the right to decide to cancel with a refund or proceed with play. Final decisions are made close to the scheduled start time and we will of course contact you with the decision.

Will there be refund for last minute cancel booking? What is the Cancellation policy ?
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled booking. Check out our Cancellation Policy for more details.
How do I reschedule my court booking?
You many reschedule your court bookings up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Please contact our Bookings team.
Is there a code dress at MBP Sports?
To avoid injury, we recommend all players to wear proper/functional sports attire and court shoes. Appropriate court shoes must be worn on court surfaces to avoid damaging the courts.
Are Open Play Matches or Open Group Clinics/Lessons available ?
Yes, open play matches are available for both pickleball and padel. They can be created by registered users of the MBP Sports app. These can be created as open to all members or they can be created as a private match that requires approval from the organising member. From time to time, MBP Sports will also schedule Open Play Matches in the system which will appear in the Open Play section of the app. Open Group Clinics/Lessons will be available in the Lessons section of the app.
Why did my Open Play match get cancelled ?
Open Play matches require a minimum number of registered players. If the minimum is not met 12 hours before the scheduled start time, the court will be released for general booking (the match remains scheduled). If the court remains unbooked by others, the match will proceed as planned. If the court is booked by another player your reservation will be automaticalled cancelled and fully refunded to wallets of the participants.
